With the addition of sundried tomatoes and basil, this chèvre takes on an entirely new dimension.  The tanginess of the cheese combined with the sweet and savory tastes of tomatoes and basil create a truly delightful flavor profile. 

Goat cheese is great alone with crackers, or in omelets.  It also makes a tasty addition to salads and is good on pizzas as well.  A sweet and savory topping to roasted vegetables or as a base ingredient to create a vegetable dip.

Wine: Sauvignon Blanc

100% Pasteurized Goat's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Basil, Dehydrated Tomato, Enzymes, Vegtable Rennet, Natamycine (natural yeast and mold inhibitor).
