Camembert gets its name from it's town of origin, Camembert, France.  Called a “bloomy rind” cheese…it is flavored by a mold that leaves a powdery white bloom on their surfaces as they age.  It is an excellent choice for a cheese board served as the last course of a fine meal.  Bring to room temperature before serving.

An elegant hors d'ourve with crackers and fruit.  This cheese is also delicious when baked with fruits or olives.
